VYKON
For coaching companies

You have the methodology. Your clients have the other six days.

VYKON runs your whole book on one standard and one scoreboard — 50 active users across any number of managers, with roster-wide coach notes. White Label puts your logo, your colors and your name on the same system.

The problem

You're coaching a description of the week, not the week.

The work you're paid for happens between the sessions, and nothing is tracking it. So the call opens the same way every time: ten minutes reconstructing a week out of memory, and whatever the client remembers is what you get to coach.

Memory is generous. It keeps the busy days and loses the empty ones. You end up working on an account of the week that is honest and still wrong, and the drift that matters — the partner calls that quietly stopped in March — never comes up, because nobody counted it while it was happening.

By the time production tells the story, the activity that caused it is a quarter gone. You're coaching a lagging indicator, one hour at a time, against the other hundred and sixty-seven.

Scale makes it worse rather than better. Add coaches, add clients, and visibility drops — every coach holds their own version of who is doing the work, and nobody can see the book. That's drift at the practice level: nobody chose it, and nobody can see it while it's happening.

"An hour a week can't hold a standard across the other hundred and sixty-seven."

The Coaching Company plan

Your whole book on one scoreboard.

Every client is running a written plan and logging a daily number. Every coach can see it. You can see all of it.

50 active users

Fifty active users across any number of managers. Structure your book however you already run it — coaches, teams, branches — without buying a plan per group.

Everything in Branch, every seat

Each seat gets the full loan officer system, and every manager gets the manager view: each person's 90-day production, printable coaching reports, the recruiting pipeline, and weekly recap emails.

Roster-wide coach notes

Notes live on the person, across the whole book, next to their numbers — not in one coach's notebook.

Onboarding help

Help getting your coaches live, so the rollout isn't a login and a help article.

Priority support

Your questions go to the front of the line, because your clients are waiting on the answer too.

The coach notes are the part that changes how a practice runs. When notes sit with the person and their numbers instead of with whoever took them, the session doesn't start from scratch. You open a client and see what was agreed last time, and whether the number moved after it.

It also makes the practice transferable. A coach is out, a client moves between coaches, or you step in on a call you didn't run — the history is there, so the client doesn't have to re-explain their own year. And when you're reviewing your own coaches, you're looking at the same roster they are.

White Label

The same system with your name on it.

Straight answer, because you'd work it out anyway: White Label is the Coaching Company plan with a branding layer on top. It is not a different product, and the daily work your clients do is identical.

What the layer adds is whose program it looks like. Your people log into your system, under your name, through your invite flow — and there's no seat ceiling on managers or producers.

That's the whole difference. Everything else on this page is already in the Coaching Company plan, and nothing in the branding layer adds capability the system doesn't have.

What the layer includes
  • Your logo, colors and name throughout
  • Your own invite and onboarding flow
  • Unlimited managers and producers
  • Dedicated onboarding and training
The setup fee

Why there's no number published.

White Label starts at $2,999 a month plus a one-time setup fee. The setup fee is quoted at the branding consultation, because it depends on the hours the build takes — and the work varies enough that any published number would be wrong for most people.

Custom builds run up to $5,000 a month. If what you want is beyond your logo and colors, that's the range you're in, and Dan will tell you which end you're on during the call rather than after.

The Coaching Company plan has no setup fee. If you don't need your name on it, you don't pay for the branding work.

How it starts

One call, then a number.

It starts with a branding consultation with Dan. You cover what you're building, how many coaches and clients you're running, what the branding actually involves, and what it costs.

He quotes after that call, not before. There's no proposal built on a guess about your operation, and nothing to sign to have the conversation.

Questions

What coaching companies ask first.

The branding layer, and nothing else. White Label is the Coaching Company plan with your logo, colors and name throughout, your own invite and onboarding flow, unlimited managers and producers, and dedicated onboarding and training. The product your people use every day is the same.

[TO CONFIRM: the exact definition of an active user — what the hub counts, and over what period.]

The Coaching Company plan includes 50 active users. Past that, it depends on how many seats and how you're structured — talk to Dan and we'll size it on the call. White Label has no limit on managers or producers.

[TO CONFIRM: whether a mid-term move from Coaching Company to White Label is possible today, and what happens to the existing accounts and history when it is.]

On the Coaching Company plan, yes — it's VYKON, and you're running your program on it. On White Label it carries your logo, your colors and your name throughout, and your clients are invited through your own flow.

[TO CONFIRM: the data ownership and export terms for Coaching Company and White Label accounts.]

Worth being straight about, because the About page says it plainly: Dan stopped selling coaching because an hour a week couldn't hold a standard across the other hundred and sixty-seven. That's an argument against coaching as the only mechanism, not against coaches. If your program is the methodology and the relationship, VYKON is the part that runs the days in between — your clients keep their standard and their count in one place, and your calls start from a number instead of a memory. VYKON does not sell one-on-one or group coaching, and the Coach module answers questions against a person's own plan and numbers. It doesn't sell your clients anything.

The decision

Your standard, held on the days you're not there.

You already know what your clients should be doing every day. The question is whether anything is counting it between your calls.

One conversation tells you what this looks like for your book, and what it costs.
